Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. Warranty

Introduction:

Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. Equipment is robust and built to withstand high volume operations under very extreme weather conditions in a highly corrosive environment.

The design and engineering standards are of the highest quality.

Should there be failure and/or breakdown of any components or parts, Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. either directly or through its agency/subsidiary network will assist in overcoming the situation under the terms and conditions of the "Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. Warranty Policy", as follows:

Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. Warranty Policy:

1. Warranty Period:

• 12 months from the date of installation of the equipment.
• When installation is completed Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. must be notified in writing that the equipment is installed. If not, the Invoice date plus 8 weeks will be the notional starting date of the warranty period. The starting date may be altered in writing by Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. on request of the buyer.

2. Warranty Cover: (Subject to conditions which will void warranty)

• All parts and components are fully covered against faulty workmanship, poor quality, and poor design. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty policy.

3. Management of Warranty Situation:

• When notification is received, Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd., its agents and/or subsidiaries will make every attempt, where possible, to rectify the situation within 48 hours. This may be by repair or replacement of faulty equipment and will remain at the discretion of Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd..
• Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. may negotiate in writing with the customer, to allow their own staff to assist with the warranty rectification.
• Freight costs to a Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. designated place resulting from a warranty claim, will be paid by Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd., provided that it was agreed to in writing before shipment.

4. Loss of Warranty Cover:

• The warranty cover will become void under the following circumstances:
• If damage is a result of normal wear and tear.
• Corrosion is not covered as a warranty item.
• If the equipment is not operated in accordance with the operation manual operating instructions.
• If the equipment has not been routinely maintained in accordance with the revelant Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. equipment manual.
• If the equipment has been modified or altered without the written permission of Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd..
