Control Gate MK2
- Highly effective in seperating and delaying "fish flow" sufficiently to prevent fish blockage in the system.
- Closes in water and only opens as fish clear the stunner - self regulating.
Retracting Trigger
The retracting tigger is a stainless steel contact plate connected to a small pneumatic ram which holds the trigger firm until the bleed action has taken place; it then retracts in unison with the ramp which drops to allow unimpaired passage of the fish through the machine.
V Shaped Ramps on Bleeders
The latest version of the ramp is now 3mm Stainless steel channel design. This centalizes the position of the fish in the entry to the bleeder ensuring a better cut over a wider size range.
Gold Cut
This is a combination of a multisided blade with 14 cutting edges on 3 sides, with a higher capacity head cap that produces more power and allows the machine to be operated at lower pressures. This greater depth of cut as well as an increased number of cuts to the gills causes more efficient and quicker bleedout of the fish.
Manual Combination Stun and Bleed Machine
This is a new machine that combines stunning and bleeding in one machine on a manual feed basis. This machine compliments the Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. complete system and will replace the back up stun and bleed machines used as a back up. The advantages are the ease of operation, space efficiently for use on the bleed table and ease of cleaning. This machine is also an economical solution for small producers needing to meet humane harvest requirements but with limited operating space.
Automated Modular Harvest Systems
Seafood Innovations International Group Pty Ltd. now supply engineered composite and HDPC modules for it's delivery system with a high quality food grade finish. This new design has the flexibility to allow for future expansion of systems to include additional modules to increase capacity or to add bleeders to stun only systems. They are available in standard 3 and 4 channel configuration, or non standard configuration may be specifically diagnosed and manufactured on request.
