SI~B Flow Through Fish Bleeder
The SI-B machine was developed to complete the harvest process as an integral part of the fully automated "SI Flow Through" system.
The principle of the machine is to efficiently and effectively bleed the fish at the same rate as the "stun" process. The SI-B machines are operated pneumatically and utilise a continuous cleaning process to keep blades and cylinders clean.
The benefits of this "Auto Bleed" process are:
- Quick and Effective bleed out of fish
- Reduction of blood spotting in fillets
- Use of bleed knives are not required (reduction in workplace injuries)
