Master Count Manager

• Up to 4 SI~5 Stunners as well as backup units can now be connected to our new Master Count Manager.

The stun count manager provides a convenient way to control and monitor a stunner harvest using Seafood Innovations Pty. Ltd., SI-5 flow-through stunners operating in a self-feeding system. While keeping track of the count is an obvious use for this equipment, the ability to track the average flow and real time flow rates through the system, allows efficiency to be monitored and system adjustments to be based on real data. The master unit displays the count data on a large LED screen in a range of selected formats from individual machines to totals allowing the supervisor to display either the total rate to monitor minute by minute flow or simply the total count or perhaps automatically scroll through the performance of each stunner.

Through the use of the computer software the transmitted count data may also be received and monitored up to 120 meters away to check the progress of the harvest and allow the complete harvest to be logged including the date and time, for later analysis.

For a harvest or production manager familiar with the stun harvesting system the Stun Count Manager system allows the harvest result to be monitored or reviewed in its entirety whether he or she is present or not.

Individual Stun Counter

• The counters are small robust units that can be attached in a convenient position up to 4 metres from the stunner.
• The mode of action is by pneumatic pulse as the fish actuates the trigger and resultant pneumatic cycle.
• If necessary several machines can be connected to one individual counter.
• Double or triple hits are not recorded as a programmable time delay allows several hits within a period of up to 1 second to be recorded as a single hit.
• Features Auto Start and Auto Sleep functions.
