Our behaviour based in-water delivery system has been designed to encourage the fish to swim until the point of stunning so that they are stunned and bled quickly without manual intervention. When combined with our latest percussive stunner, SI~5 M3 and our bleeding machine, SI~B, this allows automation of the harvesting process.

The stress-free nature of this system ensures optimal flesh quality in the harvested fish and a simple automated and effective harvest for operators.
