Air Preparation and Control Station

The Pneumatic Air Preperation and Control Station receives air directly from the compressor. It also filters, de-waters and oils the incoming air for distribution to each of the operating machines and gates.

This allows for the physical management of air supply, including each air operated machine and any air operated system accessory. This is enabled through the use of manual switching.

There are three air pressure gauges. These monitor air pressure for each channel and lead to the diagnosis of potential problems with air supply. The air is supplied to three major parts of the system, these being Control Gates, Stunning machines and Bleeding machines.
